Our products are certified organic by Ecocert Canada, the grapes are hand-picked, and fermentations are carried out using indigenous yeasts. The northern climate of our vineyards inspires us to practice intelligent, patient viticulture, and above all, viticulture that is attuned to the elements.”
Among the grape varieties planted here are Oscéola Muscat, Sainte-Croix, Radisson, Marquette, and Somerset. From our grapes, we produce white and rosé wines, sparkling wines of all colors, and also spirits made from grape marc.
