“This year, natural but separate fermentation for the grey and black grapes. We play with the grey grapes here, half of it white here, and the rest rosé there. Then blended with Frontenac Noir using direct pressing. A red wine for the garden – or even the pool! – more than ever like a dark rosé, full of freshness and fruit. Serve chilled and drink in large gulps!”
