True to its name, Soir d'Été arrives just in time for those beautiful summer evenings when the sun shines until 9 pm and the weather is mild. This year, we carried out a short maceration on the Saint-Pépin grapes only to obtain a complex, expressive, fresh, and fruity white wine—just the way we like it! Aromas of pear, stone fruit, pineapple, and honey. Enjoy it chilled around a campfire or on a patio!
