“The first harvest for organic winemaking took place in 2011. Since then, we have continued to develop and improve the aromas of our wines, which resonate with their unique terroir. Today, our wines are featured on the wine lists of fine restaurants in Quebec, depending on the availability of our cuvées: Dry White Wine, Dry Red Wine, Orange Wine or Skin-Macerated Wine, and Natural Sparkling Rosé and White Wine. In early 2024, our winemaker, Samuel Lavoie, was named Winemaker of the Year at the Quebec Gastronomy Awards.”
