Red wine made from 100% Petite Pearl grapes. 30% carbonic maceration. Aged in 450L Clayver stoneware amphorae for 13-17 months. Unfined, unfiltered, no added sulfites.

Notes
A thirst-quenching, dry, and fruity red wine with aromas of red berries and cherry, accompanied by delicate peppery notes. With a lovely deep garnet and purplish hue, this wine displays supple tannins. Serve chilled, between 10 and 13°C.
A very refreshing red wine, ideal to accompany a summer BBQ.
