100% Chardonnay.
Winemaking: The Chardonnay grapes were harvested in a lively, disco-inspired atmosphere. They underwent carbonic maceration for 48 hours, were destemmed by hand, and underwent 7 days of skin contact maceration before pressing. The wine was then transferred to 500L demi-muid barrels for fermentation on its lees.
No added sulfites.
