“Our approach is to produce the highest quality grapes possible in order to create free and unique wines. To achieve this, we do not try to control nature, but rather to understand it. This philosophy allows us to intervene minimally, both in the field and in the cellar.
We create, experiment with, and cultivate our vines sustainably, without herbicides or insecticides. For example, to minimize our environmental footprint, we favor manual work in the fields. Because we want to be rooted in the land and work in harmony with nature, it is unthinkable for us not to respect the environment around us and our raw material, the vine.
