A festive rose that makes us thirsty, for all those times when a glass of wine is more than necessary during the fateful hour of bath time.

Grape variety
Frontenac gris, Pinot noir and Gewurztraminer.

Winemaking
Carbonic maceration of 7 days on the Frontenac gris before pressing, addition of Gewurztraminer skins for 7 days.
Carbonic maceration of 10 days for the Pinot noir, destemming by hand and skin maceration of 4 days before pressing.
Hand destemming and 10-day skin maceration before pressing for the Gewurztraminer.

No added sulfites.
