“Since 2011, we have been sustainably cultivating 18 grape varieties on five hectares. The estate's vineyards are located on the west shore of Lake Memphremagog, in the Eastern Townships, and we also work with a second site on the banks of the St. Lawrence River, in the Lanaudière region.
The work in the vineyard is done by hand, the fermentations are spontaneous, the winemaking is natural, without yeast or additives. The juices are bottled without fining or filtration, and without the addition of sulfur (or very little). No additions or subtractions.
