Pet Nat

A naturally sparkling white wine with a straw-yellow hue, composed of 69% Frontenac Gris, 22% Swenson White, and 9% Adalmiina. It's a beautifully aromatic pét-nat with notes of ripe apple, nectarine, white peach, and a hint of rhubarb syrup. It has a medium body, a crisp acidity, and a good length on the palate. One could almost mistake it for a blanc de blancs.
