Rosé wine

“A dark, dry rosé, you could even call it a light red. It's a blend of Sainte-Croix, fermented on the skins of Frontenac Gris, and Louise Swenson, pressed directly. The wine offers notes of ripe red berries, blood orange, and rhubarb. The Louise Swenson adds roundness with its hints of white flowers, white peach, and honey. It has a medium body and a crisp acidity, just enough to make you want to take another sip. The finish is marked by very fine, silky tannins left by the Frontenac Gris pomace. Developed for our friends at Le Lézard, it's the perfect wine to welcome autumn with open arms, with its cool evenings and warm, sunny afternoons.”
