    Feux Follets Estate

“We are committed to sustainability principles and prioritize careful, manual work. Our fermentation and winemaking processes occur as naturally as possible, using indigenous yeasts. After aging in sandstone amphorae imported directly from Italy, our wines are neither filtered nor subject to any additives or manipulation.”
Let's be honest, though, letting the grapes express themselves is sometimes risky. Some years they sing beautifully, while the next year they have a frog in their throat. No matter, we listen to them and accept them as they are from one year to the next. Both melodious notes and sharp notes are part of a vintage that sings.
