Rosé wine
Grape variety
Grey Frontenac
Winemaking
The grapes are carefully hand-picked and directly pressed. Fermentation is spontaneous, and the wine is aged on its fine lees in stainless steel tanks. Bottled without fining, filtration, or added sulfites.
Notes
A very grey wine, fruity and dry, with a lovely salmon colour.
This grape variety, with orange-colored grapes with a slight pink tint, through which the sun's rays filter, is emblematic of the Quebec terroir with its roots running through the schist soils of the Côte-du-Sud.
A very fruity nose of watermelon, peach, and strawberry candy. A lively and very fruity palate, with aromas that echo the nose. Enjoy with a Greek salad, or as an aperitif with melon and prosciutto bites. With its festive, carnival-like character, this vigorous grape variety with its complex aromas has everything to surprise and delight. Serve chilled, between 10 and 12°C, while watching the Ferris wheel at the fair.
